Specialists in the Science of Waterproofing
Hudson Waterproofing, Inc. was incorporated in 2005, but our roots in the waterproofing trade go back to 1994, when our founder, Sonny Hudson, began working in the roofing industry.
Over more than three decades in construction, 20+ of those years have been dedicated exclusively to specialized waterproofing—focusing on deck systems, sub-grade structures, and shower installations.
While our early years were grounded in traditional roofing, we transitioned our expertise to meet the growing demand for high-performance waterproofing solutions. This depth of experience ensures every project benefits from decades of hands-on knowledge and proven methods.
As a licensed C39 Roofing Contractor through the California State Contractor’s License Board, we are authorized to install walkable waterproofing systems over habitable living spaces—something only a C39 classification permits.
Hudson Waterproofing is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, in addition to being certified installers of Polycoat and Tufflex Waterproofing & Deck Coating Systems -- all for your peace of mind.
